中冷后进气温度对重型柴油机 NOX排放 性能的影响分析

Effect Analysis of Intercooled Inlet Temperature on NOX Emission Performance of Heavy Duty Diesel Engine

摘要: 中冷后进气温度是影响选择性催化还原(SCR)转化效率的重要因素。文章以一台某 厂家重型柴油机为研究对象,在发动机台架测试系统上运行世界统一瞬态循环(WHTC)工 况,通过全流稀释采样系统(CVS)检测排气中原机 NOX 排放值以及 SCR 催化器后的 NOX 排放值。结果表明,当排气温度为 42~62 ℃时,提高中冷后进气温度能够有效提高增压中 冷柴油机的排气温度,但也使得原始排气中的 NOX 排放值增大;排气温度的提升使得 SCR 的转化效率得以提升,但由于原始排气中 NOX 排放值的增大,SCR 的转化效率呈现先增大后 减少的趋势。

Abstract: The temperature of intercooled inlet is an important factor affecting the conversion efficiency of selective catalytic reduction (SCR). Taking a heavy duty diesel engine from a certain manufacturer as the research object, world harmonized transient cycle (WHTC) working condition is run on the engine bench test system, and the NOX emission of the engine in exhaust and that of the SCR catalytic converter are detected by constant volume sampling system (CVS) full-current dilution sampling system in this paper. The results show that when the intercooled inlet temperature is in 42~62 ℃, the exhaust temperature of supercharged and intercooled diesel engine can be effectively improved by increasing the inlet temperature of intercooled diesel engine, but it also increases the NOX emission in the original exhaust, and the increase of exhaust temperature improves the conversion efficiency of SCR. However, due to the increase of NOX emission in the original exhaust,the conversion efficiency of SCR first increases and then decreases.
