某插电式混合动力客车再生制动控制策略研究

摘要: 插电式混合动力汽车既可用电网充电,又可使用发动机动力,是目前解决能源短缺和 环境污染的重要车型,而再生制动能量控制策略作为插电式混合动力汽车的关键技术之一, 决定着车辆制动能量的回收能力。文章通过介绍某混合动力客车的传统气压制动和再生制动 系统,对再生制动结构及工作原理进行研究,并针对某款混合动力客车,进行再生制动计算 分析,提出了一种通过前、后轮均装有比例继动阀的合理分配机械及再生制动的制动力分配 方案,既可满足汽车空、满载 ECE 制动法规,又能实现最大限度的制动能量回收控制策略。

Abstract: Plug-in hybrid electric vehicle can use both power grid and engine power. At present, it is an important vehicle to solve energy shortage and environmental pollution. Regenerative braking energy control strategy, as one of the key technologies of plug-in hybrid vehicle, determines the ability of vehicle to recover ability. This paper mainly describes the traditional pneumatic braking and regenerative braking system of a hybrid electric bus. The structure and working principle of regenerative braking are studied, and the calculation and analysis of regenerative braking are carried out for a hybrid electric bus. A braking power distribution scheme of rational distribution of mechanical and regenerative braking with proportional relay valves installed in front and rear wheels is put forward, which not only meets the ECE braking regulations of vehicle at empty and full load, but also achieves the maximum braking energy recovery control strategy.
