汽车出风口设计及其有限元分析

摘要: 出风口作为汽车内饰的重要功能件之一,其设计的好坏决定了汽车的性能是否能满足 汽车属性的要求。文章在介绍出风口的组成、设计开发过程位置布置要求以及其需要满足的 相应法规项的同时,介绍了出风口的拨钮、拨轮、叶片在设计过程中的注意事项及一些重要 参数,目的是为后续类似结构的设计提供对应的参考。同时根据车辆实际使用情况,出风口 是乘客高频使用区域,利用有限元分析方法,对出风口进行刚度分析。分析结果表明,出风 口的变形量大于标准要求,需进行结构优化,通过增加叶片两侧轴的直径,使得出风口叶片 的刚度符合设计要求。通过文章的研究,可减少产品因设计缺陷而导致的修模费用。

Abstract: As one of the important functional parts of automobile interior trim, the design of air register determines whether the performance of automobile can meet the requirements of automobile attributes. This paper introduces the composition of the air register, its location and layout requirements in the design and development process, and the corresponding regulations that it needs to meet. It also introduces the matters needing attention and some important parameters of the knob, wheel and vane of the air register in the design process. In order to provide corresponding reference for the subsequent design of similar structures. According to the actual use of the vehicle, the air register is the high-frequency use area of passengers. The stiffness of the air register is analyzed by using the finite element analysis method. The analysis results show that the deformation of the air register is greater than the standard requirements, and the structure needs to be optimized. By increasing the diameter of the shaft on both sides of the vane, it is concluded that the stiffness of the air register vane meets the design requirements. Through the research of this paper, the mold repair cost caused by design defects can be reduced.
