汽车卷帘门储物盒设计及其有限元分析

摘要: 汽车作为日常生活中的常用交通工具,要求其储物盒空间多。卷帘门储物盒是汽车内 饰常用的一种结构,给汽车内饰增添了档次感。文章简要介绍了两种常见的表面处理工艺的 卷帘门储物盒,并针对两种不同的卷帘门储物盒探讨了其在设计过程中的一些设计要点,并 给出了卷帘门储物盒的相应的物理实验标准,目的是给卷帘门储物盒设计开发制定相应的标 准,从而为后续车型相应结构的设计开发提供对应参考。同时,在设计阶段,为验证卷帘门 储物盒设计的合理性,通过有限元分析软件 HyperMesh 和 ABAQUS,并结合企业的分析标准 及合格依据对其进行刚度分析。分析结果表明,参考设计要点设计的卷帘门储物盒的刚度满 足设计规范要求,避免后续产品刚度不足导致的修模费用。

Abstract: As a common means of transportation in daily life, cars require more storage space. The rolling shutter door storage is a common structure of the interior trim, it adds a sense of grade to the car interior. This paper briefly introduces two common surface treatment processes of it, discusses some design points in the design process for two different rolling shutter door storage , and gives the corresponding physical experiment standards of rolling shutter door storage, in order to formulate corresponding standards for the design and development of it, so as to provide corresponding reference for the design and development of the corresponding structure of subsequent models. At the same time, in the design stage, in order to verify the rationality of the design of the rolling shutter door storage, the stiffness analysis is carried out through the finite element analysis software HyperMesh and ABAQUS, combined with the enterprise's analysis standards and qualified basis. The analysis results show that the stiffness of the rolling shutter door storage designed with reference to the design points meets the requirements of the design specifications, avoid the mold modify cost caused by insufficient rigidity of produced products.
