某商用车挡泥板结构件轻量化设计

摘要: 为了降低商用车整车重量,以某商用车的挡泥板总成为研究对象,运用轻量化的思维, 使用 CATIA 软件对商用车挡泥板总成进行轻量化设计。通过建立挡泥板结构件三维有限元模 型,进行典型工况(垂直工况和加速工况)下的强度分析,提出了结构件材料替换、局部优 化设计以及材料厚度减薄的轻量化组合方案,实现了挡泥板的轻量化并验证其强度性能,为 后续研究挡泥板甚至整车的轻量化研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract: In order to reduce the weight of commercial vehicles, taking the fender assembly of a commercial vehicle as the research object, using lightweight thinking, CATIA software is used to lightweight design the fender assembly of commercial vehicles.The three-dimensional finite element model of the fender structure is established, carry out strength analysis under typical working conditions (vertical working conditions and acceleration working conditions), and propose the replacement of structural materials, the local optimization design and the lightweight combination scheme of material thickness reduction have realized the lightweight of the fender and verified its strength performance, providing a theoretical basis for the subsequent research on the lightweight of the fender and even the whole vehicle.
