摘要: 文章基于工程实践介绍了一种永磁同步电机(PMSM)标定及数据处理方法,旨在保 证标定数据准确性,最大程度发挥驱动系统能力。依据 PMSM 的数学模型、矢量控制原理, 结合最大转矩电流比、弱磁及最大转矩电压比相关电流分配策略需求,提出一种 PMSM 标定 方法。对于通过标定获得的数据再经过拟合插值处理,生成最终可写入控制器的标定数据。 根据所提出的方法,可以获得全速域下永磁同步电机扭矩电流关系,并基于此获得了磁链、 电感、d 轴和 q 轴电流关系表以及效率分布图,完成电机参数标定。文章所提出的方法能够 使得整个电机标定过程更加快速、规范,并且具有普适性,实现被测电机系统的精准控制、 高效运行。

Abstract: This paper presents a calibration and data processing method for permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) based on engineering practice, aiming to ensure calibration data accuracy and maximize drive system performance. By leveraging the mathematical model of PMSM and vector control principles, combined with current distribution strategies for maximum torque current ratio, weak magnetic flux ratio, and maximum torque voltage ratio, a PMSM calibration method is proposed. The calibrated data undergoes fitting and interpolation processing to generate final controllable calibration parameters. The proposed method enables the derivation of torquecurrent relationships across the full speed range, and based on this, establishes flux linkage, inductance, d-axis and q-axis current relationship tables along with efficiency distribution diagrams, thereby completing motor parameter calibration. The proposed method streamlines the entire calibration process, ensures standardized procedures, and demonstrates universal applicability, enabling precise control and efficient operation of the tested motor systems.
