基于四电机台架半轴球笼破损和差速器 烧结问题研究与改善

Research and Improvement on the Damage of the Ball Cage of the Four-Motor Test Bench Half Shaft and the Burnt-Out Problem of the Differential

摘要: 针对四电机台架进行机械部件耐久试验时出现的左半轴内球笼破损与差速器烧结问题。 文章通过分析四电机台架原理及试验难点问题,定位问题核心原因为样机与台架匹配布局导 致的左半轴偏转角度过大。为此,提出了改制左半轴结构、优化安装方式及实时监测左半轴 振动的措施,并进行试验验证。结果表明,改进后左半轴振动加速度值较改进前明显降低, 试验后样机拆解结果也验证了该改进方案的有效性和可行性,为四电机台架耐久试验提供了 工程参考。

Abstract: To address the left half shaft cage damage and differential sintering issues during durability testing of a four-motor test bench, this paper analyzes the test bench's operational principles and key challenges. The root cause is identified as excessive left half shaft deflection due to mismatched layout between the prototype and test bench. Solutions include structural modifications to the left half shaft, optimized installation methods, and real-time vibration monitoring. Experimental results demonstrate significant reduction in vibration acceleration after modifications. Post-test disassembly confirmed the effectiveness of these improvements, providing valuable engineering references for durability testing of four-motor test bench.
