涂装车间多车型共线技改的案例分析

摘要: 汽车涂装产线在多车型共线技改中存在很多问题,影响后续产线的使用功能。为了规 避技改中的问题,文章通过多车型共线生产技改的案例,从工艺、设备的角度较全面地分析 了技改的原则、目的、内容、方法、步骤、注意事项等。本次技改为企业节省投资成本约 400 万元,并将工期由 60 天缩减至 30 天,并通过 32 个月的生产验证了技改后产线的稳定性,该 成功案例将为涂装共线技改提供参考和思路。

Abstract: There are many problems in the multi-vehicle coproduction technical renovation of the automotive painting production line, which affect the functionality of subsequent production lines. In order to avoid problems in technological transformation, this article comprehensively analyzes the principles, objectives, contents, methods, steps, and precautions of technological transformation from the perspectives of process and equipment through a case study of multi-vehicle coproduction technological transformation. This technological transformation save the enterprise nearly 4 million yuan in investment and reduced the construction period from 60 days to 30 days. The stability of the production line after the technological transformation is verified in 32 months of production. This successful case will provide reference and ideas for the technical transformation of coating co line.
