汽车类专业基于岗位的“检修六步” 教学流程实践

Practice of Post Workflow-based "Six-Step Maintenance" Teaching Process for Automotive Majors

摘要: 为解决高职汽车类专业教学中理论与实践脱节、评价维度单一及岗位适配性不足等问 题,文章以教学流程重构为核心视角,聚焦汽车智能检修领域,构建“检修六步”教学流程 与“星辉技师”增值评价体系。通过复制企业真实维修任务,实施轮岗教学,结合多主体、 多维度经验值量化评价。实践表明,该体系能提升学生岗位核心能力、职业素养及创新意识, 缩短岗位适配周期,提高企业满意度,为高职汽车类专业教学改革提供可复制的实践范式。

Abstract: To address the problems such as the disconnection between theory and practice, the single evaluation dimension and the insufficient job adaptability in the teaching of automotive-related majors in higher vocational colleges, this article takes the reconstruction of the teaching process as the core perspective, focuses on the field of intelligent automotive maintenance, and constructs the "six-step maintenance" teaching process and the "starlight technician" value-added evaluation system. By replicating the real maintenance tasks of enterprises, implementing job rotation teaching, and combining multi-subject and multi-dimensional experience value quantitative evaluation. Practice has shown that this system can enhance students' core job competencies, professional qualities and innovative consciousness, shorten the job adaptation cycle, increase enterprise satisfaction, and provide a replicable practical model for the teaching reform of automotive-related majors in higher vocational colleges.
