Exploration and Practice of the Reform Path of Automobile Construction Curriculum from the Perspective of "Three Comprehensive Education"

摘要: 传统的教学模式已无法满足“新工科”人才培养要求,汽车构造是车辆工程专业的入 门核心课程,通过“三全育人”理念的创新实践,旨在实现学生知识传授、能力培养与价值 引领的有机统一,提高人才培养质量。文章以山西省高校教学改革项目为依托,以立德树人 为根本,聚焦汽车构造课程建设现存痛点,建立全员协同、全程渗透、全方位融合的育人机 制,通过优化师资队伍结构、丰富教学模式、深度融入课程思政、完善考核评价体系等进行 教学改革,采用了线上线下混合式教学、理论和实践相结合等模式。结果显示,学生学习兴 趣显著增加,就业率提高了 10%;实践表明,课程教学改革有效增强了学生满意度,教学质 量取得良好成效。

Abstract: The traditional teaching mode fails to meet the talent training requirements of "new engineering". Automobile Construction serves as an introductory core course for the Vehicle Engineering major. The innovative practice based on the concept of "three-wide education" aims to achieve the organic unity of knowledge imparting, competence development and value guidance for students, and improve the quality of talent training. Based on the university teaching reform project in Shanxi province, this paper takes moral education as the fundamental task, focuses on the existing pain points in the curriculum construction of Automobile Construction, and establishes an education mechanism featuring full-staff collaboration, full-process penetration and all-round integration. The teaching reform is carried out by optimizing the structure of the teaching staff, enriching teaching modes, deeply integrating curriculum-based ideological and political education, and improving the assessment and evaluation system, with the adoption of blended learning models and the integration of theory with practice. Results show that students learning interest increases significantly and the employment rate rises by 10%. Practice demonstrates that the curriculum teaching reform effectively enhances students satisfaction and achieves good results in teaching quality.
