摘要: 文章探讨了当前企业在物料流转信息管理中面临的挑战,特别是针对线束研制、生产 及销售企业,其原材料种类繁多,传统的手工标记和签收方式已无法满足高效、准确的数据 管理需求。为此,文章提出了一种电子签收方式,可应用于原材料采购入库、出库,产成品 完工入库及销售出库等环节。该方案可以显著提升数据管理的精准性、实时性和高效性,有 效解决企业物料流转困境,实现数据交互驱动生产力,助力企业提升竞争力。

Abstract: This article explores the challenges currently faced by enterprises in material flow information management, especially for wire harness research, production, and sales enterprises, which have a wide variety of raw material types. Traditional manual marking and signing methods can no longer meet the needs of efficient and accurate data management. Therefore, this article proposes an electronic signature method, which is applied to the processes of raw material procurement warehousing, outbound, finished product completion warehousing, and sales outbound. This solution can significantly improve the accuracy, real-time performance, and efficiency of data management, effectively solve the problem of material flow in enterprises, achieve data interaction driven productivity, and help enterprises enhance competitiveness.
