基于 TruckSim 的橡胶悬架载货汽车性能研究

摘要: 文章结合载货汽车空满载载荷变化大的特点,建立橡胶悬架力学模型,通过台架试验 验证了橡胶悬架非线性的力学特性。进一步将台架试验输出的刚度特性数据输入 TruckSim, 完成某 8×4 载货车 TruckSim 虚拟仿真模型建立,最后在 TruckSim 分别完成 B 级路面的整车 平顺性仿真、稳态回转仿真、蛇形试验仿真。仿真试验结果表明,装备橡胶悬架的车辆平顺 性、整车稳定性均能满足设计要求。

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of large changes in empty and full load loads of freight vehicles, a mechanical model of rubber suspension is established in this paper. The nonlinear mechanical characteristics of rubber suspension are verified through bench tests. The stiffness characteristic data output from bench tests are input into TruckSim to establish a TruckSim virtual simulation model for a certain 8×4 freight vehicle. Finally, B-level road surface ride comfort simulation, steady-state rotation simulation, and snake shaped test simulation are completed on TruckSim. The simulation test results show that the ride comfort and stability of vehicles equipped with rubber suspension can meet the design requirements.
