摘要: 文章主要研究汽车电动撑杆等门盖附件对尾门变形的影响。首先归纳出导致门盖变形 的各个因素,再对它们如何对门盖变形产生影响进行具体分析;然后通过力学模型分析得到 具体的撑杆力值,并将此力值应用于计算机辅助工程(CAE)仿真分析中;最后得到较为接 近实际工况的 CAE 分析结构。研究可在汽车设计阶段预测门盖变形量,并通过结构优化减少 后期质量整改。

Abstract: This paper primarily investigates the impact of automotive electric struts and other door cover accessories on the tailgate deformation. Firstly, summarizes all the factors that cause the door cover deformation, and then conducts a specific analysis of how they affect the door cover deformation. Then, the specific force values of the struts are obtained through mechanical model analysis, and these force values are applied to computer-aided engineering (CAE) simulation analysis. Finally, a CAE analysis structure that is relatively close to the actual working conditions is obtained. Research can predict the door cover deformation during the automotive design stage and reduce quality rectification in the later stage through structural optimization.
