摘要: 为彻底解决发动机罩在行驶过程中出现的抖动和异响问题,文章对问题现象进行了详 尽的调查与分析,并通过建立振动模型深入研究了其背后的物理机制及影响因素。基于这一 机理的研究成果,结合实际车辆状况进一步构建了计算机辅助工程(CAE)仿真模型,明确 了控制发动机罩行车抖动的关键参数及其目标值,并对这些措施的有效性进行了验证。根据 研究结果修订了相关的企业技术标准,以有效防止后续车型出现类似问题。

Abstract: To thoroughly address the issues of engine hood vibration and abnormal noise during driving, this article conducts a detailed investigation and analysis of the problem phenomena, and deeply studies the underlying physical mechanisms and influencing factors by establishing a vibration model. Based on the research results of this mechanism, a computer aided engineering (CAE) simulation model is further constructed in combination with the actual vehicle conditions. The key parameters and target values for controlling the driving vibration of the engine hood are clarified, and the effectiveness of these measures is verified. Based on the research results, the relevant enterprise technical standards are revised to effectively prevent similar problems from occurring in subsequent vehicle models.
