浅谈在新质生产力背景下汽车专业“双师型” 教师的培养发展路径

摘要: 教育强国是建设、民族复兴之基,在国家职业教育改革、新能源汽车产业发展双重背 景下,培养具备高水平专业素养、技术能力和教学能力的“双师型”教师是高职院校人才培 养的重要着力点。针对新能源汽车产业链中职业教育“双师型”教师存在培养路径不畅、引 进机制不健全、评价标准模糊等问题,基于产教融合、校企合作育人视角,分析在新质生产 力背景下新能源汽车产业链对“双师型”教师的专业能力需求,并从师资培育、实践锻炼、 校企合作、双向人才流动及企业“导师”、职称评定和绩效考核、技能培训与考核、高级比赛 等方面提出改进建议,探索适应新能源汽车产业发展需求的“双师型”教师培养路径,以提 升高职院校服务地方产业发展的能力。

Abstract: Education is the foundation of national construction and national rejuvenation. Under the dual background of national vocational education reform and new energy vehicle industry development training "double-qualified" teachers with high professional quality, technical ability and teaching ability is an important focus of talent training in higher vocational colleges. In view of the existing in the training of "double-qualified" teachers in vocational education in the new energy vehicle industry chain, such as the unsmooth training path, the incomplete introduction and the vague evaluation criteria, based on the perspective of industry-education integration and schoolenterprise cooperation, this paper analyzes the professional ability requirements of "doublequalified" teachers in the new energy vehicle industry chain under the background of new quality productivity, and puts forward suggestions for improvement from the aspects of teacher training, practice training, school-enterprise cooperation, two-way talent flow and enterprise "mentor" professional title evaluation and performance appraisal, skills training and assessment, and various level competition, etc. It explores training path of "double-qualified" teachers suitable for the needs of new energy vehicle industry development, so as to improve the ability of higher vocational colleges to serve the industry development.
