Teaching Reform and Practice of "Three Stage Seven Step Five Integration" in the Course of Maintenance and Fault Diagnosis of New Energy Vehicles

摘要: 文章以新能源汽车维护与故障诊断课程为载体,构建“三阶七步五融合”教学改革体 系,探索职业教育课程教学创新路径。通过“基础项目-进阶项目-高级项目”与“劳动精 神-劳模精神-工匠精神”双螺旋递进的三阶课程设计,实现专业技能与思政素养的同步提 升。创新采用“课堂早会-任务导入-知识讲解-计划制定-台架模拟-实车检修-总结评 价”七步教学流程,形成“理虚实”一体化教学模式。实践表明,“岗课赛证育”五融合育人 机制通过将企业岗位标准(“1+X”证书)、技能大赛要素、思政育人目标深度融入课程体系, 重构了“典型工作任务碎片化-教学资源模块化-课程项目系统化”的教学内容,有效提升 了学生的岗位适应能力、竞赛水平和职业素养。改革实施后,课程教学达成度提升至 98.7%, 学生技能证书通过率达 100%,技能大赛获奖率提升 28%,课程思政满意度达 99.2%,形成了 可推广的“德技并修、知行合一”课程改革新模式。

Abstract: This article uses the course of Maintenance and Fault Diagnosis of New Energy Vehicles as a carrier to construct a "three stage seven step five integration" teaching reform system to explore innovative paths for vocational education teaching. Through the three-level curriculum design of "basic projects–advanced projects–advanced projects" and "labor spirit–model worker spirit–craftsman spirit", the synchronous improvement of professional skills and ideological and political literacy is achieved. Innovatively adopting a seven step teaching process of "classroom morning meeting–task introduction–knowledge explanation–plan formulation–bench simulation– actual vehicle maintenance–summary and evaluation", forming an integrated teaching mode of "theory, reality and virtuality". Practice has shown that the "job course competition certificate education" five integration education mechanism deeply integrates enterprise job standards ("1+X" certificate), skill competition elements, and ideological and political education goals into the curriculum system, reconstructing the teaching content of "typical work tasks fragmented–teaching resource modularization–curriculum project systematization", effectively improving students' job adaptability, competition level, and professional ethics. After the implementation of the reform, the achievement rate of curriculum teaching has increased to 98.7%, the pass rate of student skill certificates reaches 100%, the award rate of skill competitions has increased by 28%, and the satisfaction rate of ideological and political education in the curriculum has reached 99.2%, forming a new model of curriculum reform that can be promoted as "combining morality and technology, integrating knowledge and practice".
