车身用钢铝连接件电化学腐蚀行为研究

摘要: 当前,汽车钢铝车身电化学腐蚀研究结论与具体车型车身钢铝连接部位腐蚀现象不完 全一致,文章基于具体车型研究车身钢铝连接模拟试样在加速腐蚀测试中的电化学腐蚀行为。 研究表明,在中性盐雾测试环境中,铝合金板防腐性能弱,镀锌铝镁钢板的防腐性能良好, 电泳钢板的防腐性能最优。不锈钢材质的紧固件防腐性能良好,镀锌、达克罗涂层能提供紧 固件有效防腐保护,钢铝连接件防腐重点是提高铝合金板防腐性能。研究结果为实车车身钢 铝连接部位的防腐设计改善提供参考依据。

Abstract: The current research conclusions of electrochemical corrosion of automobile steelaluminum body are inconsistent with the corrosion phenomenon of steel-aluminum jointing parts of concrete vehicle body. The article studies the electrochemical corrosion behavior of simulated specimens of steel-aluminum jointing parts in accelerated corrosion testing based on the concrete vehicle body. Research had shown, in the neutral salt spray test environment, the anticorrosive performance of aluminum alloy plates is low, the anticorrosive performance of galvanized aluminum-magnesium steel plates is better, and the anticorrosive performance of electrophoretic steel plates is excellent. The corrosion resistance of stainless steel pop rivets is well in jointing parts, while zinc plating and Dacromet coating provided effective corrosion protection for fasteners. The focal point to anti-corrosion of steel-aluminum joingting parts is to improve the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy plates. The article provides reference for the improvement of anti-corrosion design of steel-aluminum jointing parts for vehicle body.
