高压油泵挺柱敲击异响分析与改进

摘要: 涡轮增压发动机怠速时高压油泵处敲击异响,文章旨在找到异响产生的根本原因,快 速消除批量生产中的抱怨。通过分析高压油泵工作原理及对高压油泵挺柱、泵凸轮、罩盖等 相关零件进行对比测量,最终锁定异响源来自高压油泵挺柱;通过对高压油泵挺柱相关关键 尺寸进行对比测量,发现垂直度设计要求的不合理是导致该敲击异响的根本原因;通过采用 噪声分析设备对不同垂直度要求的高压油泵挺柱进行主、客观评价,得出高压油泵挺柱垂直 度新的设计要求,并指导供应商优化其工艺以满足该要求,最终有效消除该异响。

Abstract: The turbocharged engine produces a knocking sound at idle when the high-pressure oil pump is under high pressure. The article aims to identify the root cause of the knocking sound and quickly resolve complaints in mass production. By analyzing the working principle of the highpressure oil pump and comparing measurements of relevant components such as the rocker arm, camshaft, and cover, it is ultimately determined that the source of the knocking sound comes from the rocker arm of the high-pressure oil pump. Through comparative measurements of key dimensions related to the rocker arm of the high-pressure oil pump, it is found that the unreasonable design requirements for verticality are the fundamental cause of the knocking sound. Using noise analysis equipment to evaluate the rocker arms of the high-pressure oil pump with different verticality requirements both subjectively and objectively, new design requirements for the verticality of the rocker arm are established, guiding suppliers to optimize their processes to meet these requirements, effectively eliminating the knocking sound.
