浅析整车质量管理对汽车经济性能的影响

摘要: 随着各国对汽车燃油经济性、电量消耗法规日益严格以及消费者对汽车使用经济性的 关注,为获取更高的燃油经济性与更低的电量消耗,各厂商越来越重视整车质量的控制。通 过数据分析,汽车质量每降低 10%,燃油消耗可降低 5%~8%。为了将整车质量控制在合理 范围内,使其既能满足法规要求,又能降低消费者的使用经济性,因此整车质量管理工作必 须在新产品开发阶段予以控制。整车质量管理主要有竞品车质量拆解分析、目标制定与分解、 轻量化方案制定、目标达成等活动。文章主要表述整质量管理在各工况下整车燃油消耗、电 耗与质量的关系,质量管理流程、质量目标制定与分解、轻量化方案的规划、质量对燃油经 济性的影响。

Abstract: With the increasingly strict regulations on automobile fuel economy and power consumption and consumers' attention to the economy of automobile use, in order to obtain higher fuel economy and lower power consumption, manufacturers are paying more and more attention to the control of vehicle weight. Through data analysis, every 10% reduction in vehicle weight, fuel consumption can be reduced by 5% to 8%. In order to control the weight of the vehicle within a reasonable range, so that it can meet the requirements of regulations, but also reduce the economy of use of consumers, so the weight management of the vehicle must be controlled in the new product development stage. Vehicle weight management mainly includes weight disassembly analysis of competing vehicles, goal formulation and decomposition, lightweight program formulation, goal achievement and other activities. This paper mainly describes the relationship between fuel consumption, power consumption and weight, weight management process, weight target setting and decomposition, lightweight program planning, weight impact on fuel economy.
