非驱动轮惯量在油耗测试过程中的影响分析

摘要: 为了提升整车在单轴底盘测功机上进行油耗试验时的测试精度,基于整车利用底盘测 功机进行非驱动轮惯量测试,采用测试值代替经验值,并对油耗结果进行对比,验证在油耗 测试时采用非驱动论惯量测试值加载对结果的影响。首先利用底盘测功机测试整车的车轮惯 量,得到整车在底盘测功机上的加载质量;其次对整车的万有特性进行测试,得到整车在发 动机不同转速、不同功率下的燃料消耗量;再通过整车万有特性对不同车轮惯量(经验值和 测试值)加载下的中国重型商用车测试工况(CHTC)油耗和中国-世界重型商用车瞬态循环 工况(C-WTVC)油耗进行仿真校核,最终得到车轮惯量测试值和经验值的油耗差值,其结 果表明,使用车轮惯量测试值时,能够有效提高单轴底盘测功机的测试精度。

Abstract: In order to improve the testing accuracy of the entire vehicle when conducting fuel consumption tests on a single axle chassis dynamometer, non driving wheel inertia tests are conducted on the chassis dynamometer based on the entire vehicle. The test values are used instead of empirical values, and the fuel consumption results are compared to verify the impact of using non driving theoretical inertia test values to load the results during fuel consumption testing. First, the chassis dynamometer is used to test the wheel inertia of the vehicle to obtain the load mass of the vehicle on the chassis dynamometer. Secondly, the universal characteristic of the vehicle are tested to obtain the fuel consumption of the vehicle at different engine speeds and powers. Then, through the universal characteristics of the whole vehicle, the fuel consumption in China heavy-duty commercial vehicle test cycle (CHTC) and China-World transient vehicle cycle (C-WTVC) under different wheel inertia (experience value and test value) are simulated and checked by the universal characteristics of the whole vehicle, and the fuel consumption difference between the test value and the experience value of the wheel inertia is finally obtained. The results show that the test accuracy of the single-axle chassis dynamometer can be effectively improved by using the test value of wheel inertia.
