摘要: 动力电池系统结构设计及技术优化策略是提高电动汽车性能、安全性及寿命的重要手 段。文章通过对新能源汽车的动力电池关键组件及结构特征、电池材料创新、动力电池模组 设计制造工艺、热管理及能量管理的策略等方面进行分析探讨,提出动力电池系统结构设计 及成组技术优化的方案及发展方向,以此对新能源汽车动力电池的发展提供理论支撑与实践 指导。

关键词: 动力电池;结构设计;成组技术优化

Abstract: Power battery structure design and technical optimization strategy are important means to improve the performance, safety and life of electric vehicles. This paper analyzes and discusses the key components and structural characteristics of power batteries of new energy vehicles, battery material innovation, power battery module design and manufacturing process, thermal management and energy management strategies, etc., and proposes the structural design of power battery systems and group technology optimization schemes and development directions. This provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of new energy vehicle power batteries.
