汽车侧围后轮罩焊装电控系统研究

Research on Electric Control System for Welding Rear Wheel Housing of Automobile Side Wall

摘要: 在工业 4.0 时代,汽车的制造模式向精益化、柔性化的方向发展,车辆焊接工艺也变 得精密智能化,产品品质大幅提升。汽车后轮罩的焊装过程是侧围线焊装工艺流程的第一步, 为了实现汽车生产制造过程自动化,提高焊接工艺精密性,针对其工艺特点及在车间完成焊 接操作时的控制要求,研究基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)控制的汽车侧围后轮罩焊装电控 系统。系统以西门子 S7-1500 为控制核心,采用“主站+远程站”的形式,通过以太网和 PROFINET 完成 PLC 与上位机和现场设备的信号传输,最终将系统各参数及故障信息实时显 示在人机界面(HMI)人机交互界面上。通过仿真验证,夹具、机器人、转台等设备均可按 照预设的参数进行动作,且联锁功能正常。侧围后轮罩焊装电控系统满足焊装车间汽车制造 工艺的焊接控制要求,有效提高企业生产效率。

Abstract: In the era of industry 4.0, the manufacturing mode of automobile is developing in the requirements of the automobile manufacturing process in the welding workshop, and effectively direction of lean and flexible. The vehicle welding process has also become precise and intelligent, and the product quality has been greatly improved. The welding process of automobile rear wheel cover is the first step of the side line welding process. In order to realize the automation of automobile manufacturing process and improve the precision of welding process, according to its process characteristics and the control requirements of welding operation in the workshop, the electric control system of automobile side rear wheel cover welding based on programmable logic controller (PLC) control is studied. The system takes Siemens S7-1500 as the control core, adopts the form of "master station+remote station", completes the signal transmission between PLC and upper computer and field equipment through Ethernet and PROFINET, and finally displays the system parameters and fault information on the human machine interface (HMI) human-computer interface in real time. Through the simulation verification, the fixture, robot, turntable and other equipment can act according to the preset parameters, and the interlocking function is normal. The electric control system for the welding of the side wall rear wheel housing meets the welding control requirements of the automobile manufacturing process in the welding workshop, and effectively improves the production efficiency of the enterprise.
