功率分流混动换挡方案匹配分析

摘要: 根据某款轻卡车型搭载功率分流两挡混动箱,对混动箱的换挡方案进行匹配分析。通 过理论计算和实际台架数据测量等方法,从挡位的匹配定义,换挡时间和换挡耐久分析,搭 载整车时换挡时机的分析及整车的动力性、经济性表现,以及换挡过程对其他系统的需求等 方面分析,得出该混动箱的最优挡位匹配方案。通过最优挡位匹配方案的计算分析,使得该 款混动箱无论在动力性及经济性方面能够满足客户的使用需求,在舒适性方面也有很好的表 现。

Abstract: According to a light truck model equipped with power shunt two-gear mixing box, the shifting scheme of the mixing box is matched and analyzed. Through theoretical calculation and actual bench data measurement and other methods, the optimal gear matching scheme of the hybrid box is obtained from the definition of gear matching, the analysis of gear shifting time and gear shifting durability, the analysis of gear shifting time when carrying the vehicle, the dynamic and economic performance of the vehicle, and the needs of other systems during the gear shifting process. Through the calculation and analysis of the optimal gear matching scheme, the hybrid box can meet the needs of customers not only in terms of power and economy, but also in terms of comfort.
