基于 CDIO 理念的汽车电子技术人才 培养模式研究

Research on the Talent Cultivation Mode of Automotive Electronic Technology Based on the CDIO Concept

摘要: 近年来,随着汽车产业发展,智能化、电动化、网联化、自动化已成为汽车技术革新 的四大核心趋势。在此背景下,汽车电子技术显得尤为重要,成为支撑汽车技术发展的关键 技术点。文章深入剖析了地方应用型本科高校在培养汽车电子卓越工程师过程中遭遇的难题 与挑战,并探讨了解决这些难题的策略。以重庆移通学院在汽车电子卓越工程师培养方面的 实践为例,详细阐述了基于构思-设计-实现-运作(CDIO)创新理念的汽车电子卓越工程师培 养模式。研究结果表明,这种基于 CDIO 理念的人才培养模式能够有效提升教育质量,对学 生的就业率和专业满意度均有显著提升作用。

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid progress of the automotive industry, intelligence, electrification, networking, and automation have become the four core trends of automotive technology innovation. Against this backdrop, automotive electronic technology has become particularly important, serving as a crucial technological point supporting the development of automotive technology. This article delves into the difficulties and challenges encountered by local applicationoriented undergraduate colleges in cultivating outstanding automotive electronic engineers, and explores strategies to address these issues. Taking the practice of Chongqing College of Mobile Telecommunications in cultivating outstanding automotive electronic engineers as an example, this study elaborates on the training mode of outstanding automotive electronic engineers based on the innovative concept of conceive-design-implement-operate (CDIO). The research results indicate that this talent cultivation mode based on the CDIO concept can effectively enhance the quality of education, significantly improving students' employment rate and professional satisfaction.
