摘要: 文章对基于 starccm+仿真软件的油冷电机转子甩油仿真时间步长进行了研究。对比了 不同时间步长的仿真结果,分析结果表明,随着时间步长的缩小油液分布云图逐渐呈现出符 合物理规律的现象;随着时间步长的减小,出口流量逐渐趋于收敛。通过仿真结果与实验结 果对比,仿真结果的误差值在 10%以下。据此给出了满足工程需求的仿真时间步长计算方法, 为转子甩油分析提供指导。

Abstract: In this paper, the simulation time step of oil-cooled motor rotor oil dumping based on starccm+ simulation software is studied. The simulation results of different time steps are compared, and the analysis results show that the oil distribution cloud map is consistent with the physical law gradually with the reduction of time steps. As the time step decreases, the outlet flow tends to converge. By comparing the simulation results with the experimental results, the error value of the simulation results is less than 10%. Based on this, the calculation method of simulation time step is given to meet the engineering requirements, which provides guidance for the analysis of rotor oil dumping.
