Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of digital transformation of education and improve the ability of engineering economics and management of engineering students, by analyzing the certification standards of engineering education and the requirements of new engineering training, resetting the curriculum teaching system, developing teaching resources, innovating teaching methods, carrying out project-based teaching, introducing practical problems in the industrial chain as teaching projects, developing innovation and entrepreneurship activities of college students, cultivating compound talents, and then reconstructing online courses, adopting a new model of online and offline hybrid and industry-university cooperation and co-construction of courses. This model is in the form of blended teaching and intelligent adaptive learning as the key, which will help each student have their own learning path, and the results show that this model is more conducive to engineering students to master the knowledge of engineering economics and management.
