六相电驱重构型车载光伏并网逆变器研究

摘要: 近年来太阳能电动汽车凭借其较长的续航里程,得到了大家的广泛关注。为了进一步 拓展太阳能电动汽车车载光伏板的应用及降低太阳能电动汽车的使用成本,提出一种六相电 驱重构型车载光伏并网逆变器,该逆变器可以将车载光伏板的能量传送到电网中,且不需要 额外的电力电子器件。文章分析了不对称六相永磁同步电机(ASPMSM)零电磁转矩所具备 的条件,通过复用电动汽车电驱系统中的逆变器、电机定子绕组、电流传感器等器件,提出 了一种零电磁转矩的六相电驱重构型车载光伏并网逆变器电路拓扑及其控制策略,同时,利 用搭建的 660 W 的样机平台,进行了实验研究,对提高电动汽车的续航里程和减少使用成本 有着重要意义。

Abstract: In recent years, solar electric vehicle, with their extended driving range, have garnered widespread attention. To further expand the application of onboard photovoltaic panels in solar electric vehicles and reduce the operational costs associated with their usage, a six-phase electricdrive reconstructed onboard photovoltaic grid-connected inverter is proposed. This inverter facilitates the transmission of energy harvested by the onboard photovoltaic panels into the grid without requiring additional power electronic devices. The paper analyzes the conditions necessary for zero electromagnetic torque in the asymmetric six-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (ASPMSM). By reusing components such as the inverter, motor stator windings, and current sensors from the electric vehicle's propulsion system, a circuit topology and control strategy for a zero electromagnetic torque six-phase electric-drive reconstructed onboard photovoltaic grid-connected inverter are proposed. Additionally, experimental studies conducted on a 660 W prototype platform are presented, which hold significant implications for enhancing the driving range of electric vehicles and reducing operational costs.
