从套色浅谈低过喷油漆打印和涂装技术发展

摘要: 鉴于当前汽车所处发展阶段,积极开展外观设计创新已成为整车厂的共识,套色作为 外观设计创新的方案之一,已被广泛采用,但日益增长的个性化套色需求给整车制造带来了 许多亟待解决的难题。文章简单介绍了两种行业广泛采用的套色技术——贴膜改色技术和常 规套色技术,同时介绍了一种新的套色技术——低过喷油漆打印技术,除对低过喷油漆打印 技术的开发现状进行简单介绍外,还对该技术对未来整车涂装技术发展存在的潜在影响进行 思考。结果可知,目前贴膜改色在膜材料耐候性方面仍有提升空间,常规套色在易制造性和 经济性方面存在很大痛点,而低过喷油漆打印技术可以兼备易制造性和材料耐候性。

Abstract: Consider the current development stage of the vehicle, it has become the consensus of the vehicle factory to actively carry out the design innovation. As one of the design innovation schemes, two-tone has been adopted by the vehicle factory. However, the growing demand for two-tone has brought many problems to the vehicle manufacturing to be solved. This paper briefly introduces two kinds of widely used two-tone technology which named color film change and conventional two-tone technology, and then introduces one new technology which named low overspray paint print technology. In addition to a brief introduction of the development status of low overspray paint printing technology, it also thinks about the potential impact of this technology on the development of vehicle painting technology in the future. The results show that there is still room for improvement in the weatherability of film materials, while conventional colorization has great pain points in manufacturability and economy, while low-overspray paint printing technology can provide both manufacturability and weatherability.
