汽车碳纤维饰品湿碳手工成型工艺关键 参数分析

Analysis of Key Parameters of Wet Carbon Hand Molding Process for Automotive Carbon Fiber Trim

摘要: 汽车湿碳手工成型工艺生产效率低,因此,文章对树脂胶固化温度和保温时间两个关 键参数进行了探讨,应用阿伦尼乌斯方程,分析树脂胶反应速率与温度之间的关系,揭示了 反应速率随着温度的提高而增加。在此基础上,制备了碳纤维树脂胶,并通过四组不同实验 设置,确定了最佳的关键参数值。实验结果表明,当固化温度设置为 80 ℃时,固化时间需 4~ 5 min,但产品表面气泡尺寸和密度较大;而将温度降至 70 ℃,固化时间增至 5~6 min 时, 气泡尺寸和密度有所减小;在 60 ℃时,固化时间为 8~10 min,产品表面气泡尺寸和密度进 一步减小;若温度降至 40 ℃,固化时间需 22~25 min,此时产品表面气泡尺寸和密度最小。 综合考虑成本和质量因素,研究推荐的最佳参数值为固化温度 60 ℃,保温时间 9 min,对提 高汽车湿碳饰件的生产效率具有一定参考意义。

Abstract: Due to the low production efficiency of automotive wet carbon hand molding process, two key parameters of curing temperature and holding time of resin adhesive are discussed in this paper, and Arrhenius equation is used to analyze the relationship between the reaction rate of resin adhesive and temperature, and it is revealed that the reaction rate increased with the increase of temperature.On this basis, carbon fiber resin adhesive is synthesized, and the best key parameter values are determined by four sets of different experimental settings. The experimental results show that when the curing temperature is set at 80 ℃, the curing time takes 4~5 min, but the bubble size and density on the surface of the product are larger; when the temperature is lowered to 70 ℃ and the curing time is increased to 5~6 min, the bubble size and density decrease; at 60 ℃, the curing time is 8~10 min, and the bubble size and density of the product surface are further reduced; if the temperature drops to 40 ℃, the curing time needs 22~25 min, and the bubble size and density on the surface of the product are the smallest. Balancing cost and quality considerations, the study advocates an best curing temperature of 60 ℃ with an insulation time of 9 min, and it has certain reference significance for improving the production efficiency of automotive wet carbon trim.
