塑料发盖的行人保护头部加速度曲线与 伤害值分析

摘要: 在车辆碰撞事故中,行人属于弱势群体,通常在事故中受到较大的伤害,其中头部伤 害最为严重。新能源汽车发展趋势中塑料发盖使用的频率不断增加,但塑料发盖对行人保护 头部伤害的影响研究较少。文章在 ECE R127 法规行人保护的头部保护法规的基础上进行研 究,针对现有某 A00 塑料发盖车型,对发盖不同伤害值的位置区域进行划分,结合试验与仿 真数据得到发盖整体的加速度曲线,整理总结塑料发盖加速度曲线与钢制发盖的加速度曲线 进行对比,得到塑料发盖所需的吸能空间比钢制发盖更多。同时归纳不同区域的加速度进行 对比,得到塑料发盖的典型头部碰撞加速度曲线。文章通过研究塑料发盖的头部碰撞加速度 曲线,为后续塑料发盖车型的行人保护头部保护开发工作提供了参考,可在整车开发的预研 阶段对总布置和造型提出更加准确的布置参数和造型要求,为整车开发工作减少重复工作。

Abstract: In vehicle collision accidents, pedestrians belong to the vulnerable group, usually suffer great injuries in the accident, among which the head injury is the most serious. In the development trend of new energy vehicles, the frequency of the use of plastic hood is increasing, but there are few studies on the impact of plastic hood on pedestrian head injury protection. Based on the head protection regulations of ECE R127 for pedestrian protection, this paper divides the location areas of the hair cover with different damage values for an existing A00 plastic hair cover. Combined with the test and simulation data, the overall acceleration curve of the hair cover is obtained, and the acceleration curve of the plastic hood is summarized and compared with that of the steel hood. Plastic hood require more energy-absorbing space than steel hair hood. At the same time, the typical acceleration curve of head collision of plastic hair cap is obtained by comparing the acceleration of different areas. By studying the acceleration curve of the head impact of the plastic hood, this paper provides a reference for the subsequent development of the head protection of the plastic hood cover vehicle, which can put forward more accurate layout parameters and modeling requirements for the general layout and modeling in the pre-research stage of the vehicle development, and reduce the repetitive work for the vehicle development.
