某 SUV 安全带支架异响问题研究与优化

摘要: 汽车异响噪声会增加用户的疲劳感受,显著降低舒适性体验,因此,在汽车开发阶段, 必须高度重视并优化解决异响噪声问题。某运动型多用途汽车(SUV)在开发阶段,内部考 核发现抽拉安全带织带时有明显的敲击异响。经客观分析和交叉验证后确认异响来源于织带 导向卡扣与金属支架的敲击,经过分析和试验验证后,针对该问题制定了短期解决方案:用 毛毡消除导向卡扣与支架的间隙;同时制定了长期解决方案:优化设计尺寸。最后既解决了 异响问题,验证了优化方案的有效性,又避免了支架零件的报废,同时快速高效的解决问题, 确保了该整车项目按时投产,并为后续车型开发提供技术经验。

Abstract: Vehicle knocking noise can increase user fatigue, significantly reduce comfort experience. Therefore, in the development stage of automobiles, it is necessary to attach great importance to and optimize the solution of noise problems. During the development phase of a certain sports utility vehicle (SUV), an internal assessment found that there is a noticeable knocking noise when pulling the seat belt strap. After objective analysis and cross validation, it is confirmed that the knocking noise originated from the impact between the webbing guide buckle and the metal bracket. In response to this problem, a short-term solution is developed through analysis and experimental verification: using felt to eliminate the gap between the guide buckle and the bracket. At the same time, a long-term solution is formulated: optimizing the design size. Finally, the problem of knocking noise is solved, the effectiveness of the optimization plan is verified, and the scrapping of bracket parts is avoided. At the same time, the problem is quickly and efficiently solved, ensuring that the entire vehicle project is put into production on time and providing technical experience for subsequent vehicle development.
