导热胶在动力电池的应用研究

摘要: 通过阐述导热胶如何进行正确的应用,最大程度发挥导热胶的导热功效提升动力电池 在使用过程中的热管理效能。文章通过综述导热胶在动力电池中的应用,分析导热胶在工艺 应用过程的常见失效模式和可能发生的导热胶粘度不达标、设备参数设置、表面清洁度等原 因,提出对导热胶粘度以及过程控制的应用建议和对策,通过统计过程控制(SPC)的质量 管理工具对导热胶的涂布进行质量管控。从而提升动力电池的使用功性能、安全性能和使用 寿命,同时也为国内导热胶在电池行业工程中的应用抛砖引玉。

Abstract: The purpose is to explain how to apply thermal conductive adhesive correctly, maximize the thermal conductivity of thermal conductive adhesive, and improve the thermal management efficiency of power batteries during use. This paper summarizes the application of thermal conductivity adhesive in power battery, analyzes the common failure mode of thermal conductivity adhesive in process application process and the possible causes such as substandard thermal conductivity adhesive, equipment parameter setting, surface cleanliness, etc., and puts forward application suggestions and countermeasures for thermal conductivity adhesive viscosity and process control. The quality control of the coating of thermal glue is carried out through the quality management tool of statistical process control (SPC). Thereby improve the power performance, safety performance, and service life of power batteries. At the same time, it also contributes to the application of thermal conductive adhesive in the battery industry engineering in China.
