某变速箱轴承支架螺栓滑移分析及优化验证

Analysis and Optimization Verification of the Bolt Slip on Bearing Support for a Transmission

摘要: 针对某型号自动变速器(CVT)路试中出现的啸叫问题,通过噪声 Colormap 图和接触 斑点试验找到引发啸叫问题的原因为轴承支架处的螺栓滑移量过大,导致小齿轮轴系偏斜引 起的。利用有限元对壳体与轴承支架间的螺栓连接滑移量和位置进行预测,原方案中螺栓最 大滑移量为 0.39 mm,远超设计目标值。为此,在结构上提出无缝销并增加接合面粗糙度的 方案来减小螺栓滑移量,优化后的结果表明,螺栓滑移量降低至 0.09 mm,防滑性能提升约 76.9%,经进一步的下线检测(EOL)试验和路试验证,啸叫问题得到解决。

Abstract: Aiming at the gear whine issue in the road test of a model continuously variable transmission (CVT), it is found that the gear whine issue is caused by the misalignment of pinion shaft system that from excessive bolt slip on bearing support through noise Colormap diagram and contact spot test. The sliding amount and position of bolt connection between shell and bearing support are predicted by finite element, the maximum sliding amount of bolt in the original scheme is 0.39 mm, which is far exceeds the design target value. Therefore, the scheme of seamless pin and increasing the roughness of contact surface is put forward to decrease the slip of bolt. The optimized results show that the slip of bolt is reduced to 0.09 mm, and the non-slip performance is improved by about 76.9%. After further end of line (EOL) test and road test , the gear whine issue is solved.
