摘要: 为了探究 WorldSID 50th 假人手臂的动态冲击特性,基于假人手臂在整车碰撞试验中的 动态冲击响应曲线,搭建了假人手臂部件的动态冲击试验装置,并进行了多次的动态冲击试 验,得到了手臂关节调整力值及手臂皮肤邵氏硬度值对手臂力学特性的影响规律。研究结果 表明,在同样的冲击条件下,手臂关节调整力值与手臂沿 y 轴旋转的最大角度值拟合后呈负 相关线性关系,与手臂沿 y 轴旋转的肩部力 Fz 峰值呈正相关的线性关系;假人手臂皮肤硬度 值与手臂沿 x 轴弯曲的肩部力 Fy 峰值拟合后呈正相关的线性关系,与手臂沿 x 轴弯曲的最大 角度值呈负相关的线性关系。

Abstract: In order to investigate the dynamic impact mechanical properties of the WorldSID 50th dummy arm, based on the dynamic impact response curve of the WorldSID dummy arm in the vehicle crash test, a dynamic impact test device for the dummy arm is constructed, and several dynamic impact tests are conducted. The effects of arm joint tightness and arm stiffness on the mechanical properties of the arm are investigated. The results show that under the same impact conditions, the adjustment force value of the arm joint is negatively correlated with the maximum angle of arm rotation along the y-axis, and positively correlated with the peak value of shoulder force Fz . The skin hardness value of the dummy arm is positively correlated with the peak value of shoulder force Fy, and negatively correlated with the maximum angle value of arm bending along the x-axis.
