新时代高职院校专业课程思政改革与实践初探 ——以汽车制造质量分析与控制课程为例

摘要： 在新时代高校教育改革发展背景下，为了更好地进行专业课程教学改革，通过对汽车 企业质量管理岗位能力及需求的分析，确定了基于“工作任务”的课程开发理念，借鉴企业 质量管理岗位的实际工作过程，重新搭建了课程的知识内容，深度融入了思政元素，并探索 了新的教学模式和评价体系，有效培养了学生分析问题、解决问题的职业能力，提升了学生 的岗位适应能力，为培养汽车类职业创新型人才提供了新思路。

关键词: 教学改革；课程思政教学；汽车制造；质量管理

Abstract: In the context of the reform and development of higher education in the new era, in order to proceed professional course teaching reform, through the analysis of the abilities and needs of quality management positions in automotive enterprisesa, the course reform concept is determined which based on "work tasks" and drawed on the actual work process of enterprise quality management positions. Then, the knowledge contents of the course were rebuilt, the ideological and political elements are deeply integrated, and new teaching models and evaluation systems are explored. As a result, students' professional abilities to analyze and solve problems are effectively cultivated, and their job adaptabilities are enhanced. Meanwhile, it provides new ideas for cultivating innovative talents in the automotive industry.
