摘要: 电驱动总成是纯电动汽车的核心部件,其位置的确定是整车前舱布置的关键,关系到 整车性能、前舱架构策略及平台拓展能力。文章旨在建立一种纯电动汽车前舱布置架构,分 析了纯电动汽车前舱布置空间特点,围绕前舱关键部件电驱动总成位置,研究了前舱电驱动 总成布置过程中关键尺寸因子的影响关系,并总结得出了纯电动汽车前舱电驱动总成的布置 方法及周边子系统的布置原则。

Abstract: Electric drive assembly is the core component of battery electric vehicle, and its location is the key to the front compartment layout of the vehicle, which is related to the vehicle performance, front compartment architecture strategy and platform expansion ability. This paper aims to establish a layout architecture for the front compartment of battery electric vehicle, analyzes the spatial characteristics of the front compartment layout of battery electric vehicle, studies the relationship between the key size factors in the layout of the front compartment electric drive assembly around the position of the key components of the front compartment electric drive assembly, and summarizes the layout method of the front compartment electric drive assembly of battery electric vehicle and the layout principles of the surrounding subsystems.
