仿生车门梁的有限元模拟与分析

摘要: 针对汽车交通事故中侧面碰撞比例高、危害大的问题,为了进一步提高汽车车门的耐 撞性,对汽车车门梁进行仿生设计。基于结构仿生学和力学理论,利用小麦茎秆维管束的分 布特性,仿照小麦茎秆横截面微观结构,对某品牌汽车车门梁进行仿生优化,设计出四种仿 生模型。利用有限元软件 ANSYS,对车门梁原型及其仿生模型,分别进行弯曲、扭转和弯扭 组合变形的有限元模拟分析。结果表明,三种变形的模拟分析中,仿生模型四都具有较好的 力学性能。

Abstract: In order to improve the crashworthiness of the car door, the bionic design of the car door beam is carried out in order to solve the problem of high proportion and great harm of side impact in automobile traffic accidents. Based on the structural bionics and mechanical theory, four bionic models are designed by using the distribution characteristics of vascular bundles of wheat straw and imitating the microstructure of cross-section of wheat straw. Using the finite element software ANSYS, the bending, torsion and bending torsion combined deformation of the door beam prototype and its bionic model are simulated and analyzed. The results show that the bionic model four has better mechanical properties in the simulation analysis of the three deformations.
