汽车转弯制动时制动力分配设计研究

摘要: 随着汽车使用量的飞速增长,车辆的安全问题也越来越多的凸显出来,尤其是行车制 动的安全性。文章通过各车轮、整车的受力分析,结合力矩平衡原理,得出每个车轮所受的 垂向载荷和地面制动力,以此来得出每个车轮的利用附着系数,通过比较前后车轮的利用附 着系数,探讨车辆打滑、侧翻等潜在原因,这对制动力分配设计有一定的参考价值,旨在提 升汽车行车的制动性能和安全性。

Abstract: With the rapid growth of the use of vehicles, the safety of vehicles has become more and more prominent, especially the safety of service braking. Based on the dynamic force analysis of each wheel and the whole vehicle, combined with the principle of torque balance, this paper calculates the ground normal reaction force and braking force of each tire, so as to calculate the utilization adhesion coefficient of each tire. By comparing the utilization adhesion coefficient of front and rear wheels, the potential causes of vehicle skidding and rolvering are discussed, which has certain reference value for the design of braking force distribution. It is designed to improve the braking performance and safety of automobile driving.
