摘要: 随着汽车的普及与技术的发展,各国用户和市场对于汽车品质的要求也在逐渐提高, 当前市场上缺少一种可以自由改变靠背、坐垫和扶手高度的升降式汽车座椅。文章针对现有 的汽车座椅存在的问题,对现有汽车座椅进行设计。首先提出升降式汽车座椅的动力方案, 提出记忆预设方案,改进了升降式汽车座椅使用模式。然后提出升降式汽车座椅控制系统的 单片机模块方案和逻辑电路模块方案。

关键词: 自动升降座椅;人机工程学;优化设计;智能控制

Abstract: With the popularization of cars and the development of technology, users and markets in various countries are gradually improving the requirements for car quality, and the current market lacks a lifting car seat that can freely change the backrest, cushion and armrest height. Aiming at the existing problems of the existing car seats, this paper designs the existing car seats. Firstly, the power scheme of the lift car seat is proposed, the memory presetting scheme is proposed, and the use mode of the lift car seat is improved. Then the single-chip microcomputer module scheme and logic circuit module scheme of the lifting car seat control system are proposed.
