关键词: VBA 编程技术因其简单便捷已经广泛应用在日常工作中，文章在优化生产线设备综合 效率（OEE）的过程中使用 VBA 编程开发一套分析工具。在分析和改善的过程中充分利用价 值流程图、柱状图和 A3 问题解决办法等方法，成功地识别了影响车间 OEE 的瓶颈工位，并 突出重点问题找到该类问题的原因和解决办法，上述技术及工具的有效使用，使数据搜集和 分析过程更加标准化，并提高了问题解决的效率。同时也为生产数据分析系统尚不成熟的领 域提供了另一种解决办法，是一种有效的补充。

Abstract: Visual basic for applications (VBA) programming technology has been widely used in daily work because of its simplicity and convenience, this paper uses VBA programming to develop a set of analysis tools in the process of optimizing the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of the production line. In the process of analysis and improvement, it makes full use of value stream mapping, pie chart and A3 problem solving methods, and successfully identifies the bottleneck stations that affect the OEE of the body shop, and highlights the key problems to find the causes and solutions of such problems, the effective use of the above technologies and tools makes the data collection and analysis process more standardized, and improves the efficiency of problem solving. It also provides another solution and an effective supplement for the immature areas of the production data analysis system.
