摘要: 半空心自冲铆接(SPR)属于机械连接,是汽车白车身焊接中常用的连接技术之一。 在实际生产中,SPR 技术主要用于异种金属连接,尤其是铸铝件,但是铸铝件很容易因为高 压力而开裂,因此对于铸铝件的各项性能指标就要求很高。文章主要用材料分析和现场验证 相结合的方式,从材料、参数、铆点位置等相关方面探索板材开裂的原因,最终得出解决办 法及相关的预防方法,同时为方便理解,文章介绍了 SPR 技术的原理及设备构成。通过实验, 来解决生产出现的问题,具有现实的指导意义。

Abstract: Semi-tubular punch riveting (SPR) belongs to mechanical connection, and is one of the common connection techniques in the welding of automobile body in white. In actual production, SPR technology is mainly used for dissimilar metal connection, especially for cast aluminum parts, but cast aluminum parts are easy to crack because of high pressure, so the performance indicators of cast aluminum parts are very high. This paper mainly uses the combination of material analysis and field verification to explore the causes of plate cracking from materials, parameters, riveting points and other related aspects, and finally comes up with solutions and related prevention methods.
