重卡 AMT 应用匹配及相关问题处理

摘要: 为了有效解决重卡电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)匹配整车时引起的相关故障,文章 对 AMT 匹配整车的要点进行研究,梳理重卡 AMT 匹配整车时的机械连接、控制系统、气路 和其他附属系统等匹配要点。结合重卡 AMT 的换挡执行器损坏、换挡顿挫、控制器局域网络 (CAN)总线通信故障、低温换挡卡滞等问题,进行分析并提供了解决方案,为重卡 AMT 的故障处理提供了思路和参考。

关键词: 重卡 AMT;应用匹配;CAN 总线

Abstract: In order to effectively solve the related faults caused by heavy truck automated mechanical transmission (AMT) matching with the vehicle, the key points of AMT matching with the vehicle are studied in this paper. The matching points of mechanical connections, control systems, air circuits, and other auxiliary systems are sorted out, and combined with the problems of shifting actuator damage, gear shifting jerks, controller area network (CAN) bus communication faults, and lowtemperature shift jamming in heavy truck AMT, analysis is conducted and solutions are provided which provides ideas and references for troubleshooting heavy truck AMT faults.
