摘要: 培养思想政治素质过硬的大学生是当前国家人才培养的必备内容。在该背景之下,探 索思政元素有机融入专业课中的方法与途径成为一个值得探讨的问题。文章以课程生产现场 5S 管理为载体,对该课程如何挖掘思政元素进行了深入研究。首先分析了课程的整体结构, 然后从文化自信、哲学思维、职业修养、科学方法、品质教育五个方面列举了丰富的实施案 例,最后从顶层设计、评价机制、教师素养三个方面探讨并总结了思政元素融入专业课的有 效途径。该研究可为其他同类高校课程思政的实施提供参考。

Abstract: Cultivating university students with strong ideological and political qualities is an essential component of current national talent cultivation. Against this backdrop,how to organically integrate ideological and political elements into professional courses has become a worthy topic of exploration. This article takes 5S management in production sites as a carrier to conduct in-depth research on how to tap into ideological and political elements in the course. This article first analyzes the overall structure of the course, and then provides rich implementation cases from five aspects: cultural confidence, philosophical thinking, professional ethics, scientific methods, and quality education. Finally, it discusses and summarizes effective ways to integrate ideological and political elements into professional courses from the perspectives of top-level design, evaluation mechanism, and teacher literacy. This study can provide reference for the implementation of ideological and political courses in other similar universities.
