摘要: 随着近年来物流量的显著剧增,物流车消防隐患日益突出。文章通过调查近年物流车 火灾事故,分析当前车载消防设备及常规应对措施存在弊端。提出智能车载制氮、储氮、供 氮装置,以达到精准控制密闭车厢 N2 的浓度,切断自燃发生的必要条件,从而降低物品在中 长途运输中因发生自燃损毁的风险。

Abstract: With the significant increase of freight flow in recent years, the fire hazard of logistics vehicles is becoming increasingly prominent. By investigating the fire accidents of logistics vehicles in recent years, this paper analyzes the drawbacks of current vehicle-mounted fire fighting equipment and conventional countermeasures. An intelligent vehicle mounted nitrogen generation, storage and supply device is proposed to precisely control the concentration of N2 in the closed compartment, cut off the necessary conditions for spontaneous combustion, and reduce the risk of spontaneous combustion damage of goods during medium and long-distance transportation.
