电动重卡市场化发展趋势分析

摘要: 新能源重卡 2022 年渗透率为 5.2%,远低于乘用车 27.6%的水平,目前还未实现市场化 发展。鉴于此,文章通过分析新能源重卡的技术路线,选取电动重卡车型,建立了含购置成 本、使用成本、维护成本、车辆残值的全生命周期使用成本(TCO)的模型,基于用户端油/ 电运营效益、回本周期、购车成本方向进行分析,找出目前电动重卡市场化过程中用户的痛 点,并对电动重卡市场化盈利平衡点进行了分析,寻找影响电动重卡市场化的关键因素。通 过分析车电分离商业模式,从电池成本降低、服务费用降低的维度,对电动重卡市场化发展 趋势进行了探讨。初步分析出电池成本及服务费用降低叠加对电动重卡的推广影响巨大,是 影响电动重卡市场化时间节点的关键因素。并提出了加快推进重卡电动化的举措建议。

Abstract: New energy heavy truck has 5.2 percent market share in 2022, which is much lower than passenger vehicle (about 27.6 percent). At present, market-oriented development has not been achieved. In view of this, by analyzing the technical route of new energy heavy truck, selecting electric heavy truck model in this paper, the total cost of ownership (TCO) model has been established, which contains purchasing cost, using cost, maintenance cost and salvage cost, and the pain points of users in the process of market-oriented electric heavy truck are found out by considering the operating efficiency of oil/electricity, payback cycle and purchase cost of customers. The profit balance point of electric heavy truck marketization is analyzed to find the key factors of electric heavy truck marketization. By analyzing the new business mode of vehicle-electricity separation, the market development trend of electric heavy truck is discussed from the dimensions of battery cost reduction and service cost reduction. It is preliminarily analyzed that the reduction of battery cost and service cost has a great influence on the promotion of electric heavy truck and is the key factor affecting the time node of market-oriented electric heavy truck.And the measures to accelerate the electrification of heavy-duty truck are proposed.
