摘要: 为减少城市用工程车辆尾气排放对环境的影响,满足车辆电动化趋势的需要,文章介 绍了一种纯电动混凝土搅拌运输车及设计方法。首先,介绍了柴油燃料混凝土搅拌运输车现 状;其次,针对纯电动实现路线进行分析,确定满足需求的技术路线;最后,拟定了开发车 型的技术方案、配置及参数,并从方案总布置、动力电池能量核算、电机、变速器、车架、 悬架及车桥匹配计算等校核方面,重点论述了纯电动混凝土搅拌运输车的设计方法及要点。 文章具有一定的理论意义和工程应用价值。

Abstract: In order to reduce the impact of exhaust emissions from urban construction vehicles on the environment and meet the needs of vehicle electrification, this paper introduces a pure electric concrete mixer truck and design method. Firstly, the status quo of diesel fuel concrete mixer truck is introduced. Secondly, the realization route of pure electric is analyzed to determine the technical route to meet the demand. Finally, the technical scheme, configuration and parameters of the development vehicle model are drawn up, and the design method and key points of the pure electric concrete mixer truck are mainly discussed from the aspects of the general layout of the scheme, power battery energy accounting, motor, transmission, frame, suspension and axle matching calculation, etc. The paper has certain theoretical significance and engineering application value.
