车辆半主动悬架 HSG 阻尼控制策略仿真研究

摘要: 半主动悬架具有成本适中、控制效果好的优势。天棚阻尼控制在降低簧上质量加速度 的同时会导致轮胎动载荷恶化,而地棚阻尼控制则与之相反,降低轮胎动载荷但会增大簧上 质量加速度。结合天棚、地棚阻尼控制各自优点,使用混合天棚地棚阻尼控制方法,并在 1/4 车辆模型上对该方法进行仿真分析。仿真结果显示,混合控制系统能够通过调节加权系数获 得乘坐舒适性与操纵稳定性之间的平衡,在获得乘坐舒适性提升的同时,能够保持适当的操 作性能。其具有计算量少、操作简单实用等特点,能较好地实现汽车振动的控制。

Abstract: Semi-active suspension has the advantages of moderate cost and good control effect. The skyhook damping control reduces the sprung mass acceleration while deteriorating the dynamic tire load, while the groundhook damping control does the opposite, reducing the tire dynamic load but increasing the sprung mass acceleration. Combining the respective advantages of the skyhook and groundhook damping control, the hybrid skyhook and groundhook damping control method is used. And the method is simulated and analyzed on a quarter vehicle model. Simulation results show that the hybrid control system can obtain the balance between ride comfort and handling stability by adjusting the weighting coefficient. While obtaining improved ride comfort, it is possible to maintain proper handling performance. It has the characteristics of less calculation, simple and practical operation, etc., and can better realize the control of vehicle vibration.
