摘要: 为了提高中国乘用车行业新颜色自主开发能力,通过对中国乘用车外观颜色色彩需求 进行分析,结合近年来在车身涂装领域的新颜色、新效果涂料、新工艺的研究及应用,从新 颜色全生命周期角度,以自主开发新颜色为切入点,探讨 Plackett Burman 筛选因子设计在乘 用车颜色自主开发应用,为中国乘用车新颜色开发,提供一种科学的分析方法。

关键词: Plackett Burman;筛选因子设计;颜色开发;实验设计

Abstract: In order to improve the independent development ability of new colors in Chinese passenger vehicle industry, through the analysis of the color demand for the appearance color of Chinese passenger vehicles, combined with the research and application of new colors, new effect coatings and new processes in the field of body coating in recent years, this paper discusses the application of Plackett Burman screening factor design in the independent development of new process color of passenger vehicles from the perspective of the whole life cycle of new colors and the way and method of independently developing new colors. It can provide a scientific analysis method for the development of new colors for passenger vehicles in China.
