汽车试验场开展 RDE 试验的可行性分析

摘要: 实际行驶排放(RDE)试验由于受到多种随机因素的影响,导致其试验结果可重复性 较低。鉴于此,利用便携式排放分析仪(PEMS)在汽车试验场上针对不同类型的轻型车辆进 行了多次 RDE 试验,并与试验车实际道路测试结果进行了对比分析,考察和验证了两种试验 结果的完整性、正常性、动力学特性以及测试里程和测试时间分配等方面是否符合国六排放 法规中Ⅱ型试验的要求。大量的试验数据表明,只要驾驶行为得当,试验场进行 RDE 试验的 最终测试结果可以完全满足国六法规中的各项要求,且试验动力学等参数可控制性良好, 在 试验场进行 RDE 试验是可行的。

Abstract: The real driving emission (RDE) test is affected by a variety of random factors, resulting in low repeatability of experimental results. In view of this, the different type of vehicle's RDE tests are carried out in the proving ground by using the portable emission measurement system (PEMS), to investigate if the test normality, completeness and dynamic characteristic satisfy the China Ⅵ emission regulation's demands. After proving ground RDE tests done, carry out the real road RDE test, in order to do the verification and comparison work. Lots of test data show that if drive properly, the final test result can meet the standard's requirement perfectly, and the dynamic parameters of the test, such as dynamic parameter, are controllable. It is doable to do the RDE test in the proving ground.
