汽车加油管的轻量化设计及仿真验证

Simulation Verification and Lightweight Design of Automotive Refueling Pipes

摘要: 文章设计了一款符合国六排放标准的轻量化多层塑料加油管。开展了轻量化材料选型, 加油管整体重量减少 28%。在现有生产线基础上通过增加波纹吸附模具实现了多层波纹管的 挤出。基于 ANSYS Fluent 建立了加油管的计算流体动力学(CFD)仿真模型,并对加油管进 行的流体流动分析,结果表明波纹管能减缓内部流体流动,有利液封形成。建立了加油试验 台架,并进行了常用加油枪的加油试验和 ORVR 试验验证。试验结果表明,加油管性能良好, 加油时不会出现飞溅、反喷和提前跳枪问题,蒸发排放值为 7 mg/day,加油排放结果 3.5 mg/L, 符合设计要求。

Abstract: A lightweight multi-layer plastic fuel filler pipe is designed which meets China VI regulation. The overall weight of the fuel filler pipe is reduced 28 % by carrying out the lightweight material selection. Based on the existing production line, the extrusion of multi-layer bellows is realized by adding corrugated adsorption mold. Based on ANSYS Fluent, the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation model of the fuel pipe is established, and the fluid flow analysis of the fuel pipe is carry out. The results show that the bellows can slow down the internal fluid flow and facilitate the formation of liquid seal. The refueling test bench is established, and the refueling test and ORVR test of common refueling guns are carried out. The test results show that the performance of the fuel pipe is good, and there will be no splash, reverse spray and early jump gun problems during refueling. The evaporated emission value is 7 mg/day, the refueling emission result is 3.5 mg /L, which meet design requirements.
